My father used to say, “Success is not something that happens to you by accident.” Even if we live in a world that is far more forgiving on setbacks than before, and failure is often seen as a great teacher, I have always believed that you earn yourself a chance to be successful, only by doing the right thing, the right way, and by being better prepared to meet setbacks head on and better still, avoid them altogether.

I am keener about looking at the future with anticipation rather than the past with satisfaction. I believe our best is yet to come. And we have started preparing for that in right earnest. As we get into our next level of growth, we are investing a lot in converting ourselves into a world class organization. In the coming year, we will be creating a future-ready organization by increasing our talent bandwidth, setting up new systems, structure and processes, investing in technology, improving our customer relationship management program and putting renewed efforts into marketing and sales.
